quickly made, this pasta pasta dish is refreshing after an afternoon on the beach

If possible, go down to your local fishmonger to pick-up a jar of flaked crabmeat. The texture is firmer and it holds more flavour than crab meat in a tin.
40g butter, melted
2 teaspoons dried chilli flakes
200g flaked crab meat
1 tablespoon grated lime rind
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon fresh coriander
400g Linguine
2 limes
How to make:
1. Melt the butter in a large pan and add the chilli flakes, crab meat and grated lime rind, and lime juice. Cook for 3 minutes
2. Mix the crabmeat mixture through the cooked linguine (about 12 minutes cooking time)
3. Sprinkle with coriander, sea salt and cracked pepper. Serve with lime wedges.

... This looks so beautiful and fresh it almost oozes summer to me! Now summer is still far away here although the days are getting longer and certainly a little bit warmer but I have bookmarked this for future use! |
