All lunch dishes are made from the shops wide range of fresh organic produce between the hours of 12-14.30 with a variety of quiche, meat, pastas and seasonal cuisine. For a private party, the restaurant can cater for up to fifty people within this lovely ambience.
Daniela Schwendemann imports her ingredients within Europe: Germany, France, Italy and Spain to offer special delicacies: oil and vinegar, preserved packaged products, cheeses, spices, fine chocolate, wines and spirits which some are packaged with the Culinarium label.
Suitable gourmet gifts can be individually prepared for clients or friends for every taste. Christmas cakes include stollen, gingerbread, panettone, fruit bread and cookies, and an abundance of Christmas chocolates and sweets. The Culinarium staff knows how to put together a desirable mix of goodies. There's a beautiful selection of Christmas decorations, cookbooks, aprons and quality kitchenware to drool over.
